Terms of Use
Welcome to Mobile Sol
Mobile Sol is a mobile application designed to provide a secure, online local classified advertising platform where customers can post ads to express their intent to buy and sell new or used mobile phones from verified shopkeepers only.
Use of this App
To use this app, you must first create an account through a simple signup process, providing basic personal information for identity verification. After registration, you log in with your email and password to access all features.
Customers can buy or sell new or used mobile phones based on their requirements. When a customer posts an ad, registered shopkeepers in their selected city can contact them if interested. The price offered by a customer for selling a phone is at their discretion. Shopkeepers viewing the ad can negotiate the price by making a counteroffer. Each shopkeeper has complete discretion to accept or reject any ad. Shopkeepers are free to choose which customer ads to respond to, and each customer ad reflects their interest in receiving offers or responses.
When a customer selects a shopkeeper for a transaction, a separate agreement is formed solely between the customer and the shopkeeper. Users acknowledge and agree that Mobile Sol is not a party to such agreements and assumes no responsibility or liability in connection therewith. Mobile Sol does not take responsibility for the creation of customer ads or any communication between customers and shopkeepers.
The platform is not liable for the content of customer ads or for any disputes, agreements, or disagreements between buyers and sellers. Mobile Sol is not legally obligated to take any action or provide compensation for any loss, harm, or unsatisfactory outcome resulting from the use of the platform.
We strongly advise customers to:
- Conduct transactions in person by visiting the shopkeeper's shop physically.
- Avoid sending advance payments.
- Refrain from requesting delivery services.
Featured Ad
Mobile Sol offers customers the option to feature their ads, placing them in top-ranking positions to increase visibility and attract faster responses from shopkeepers. To avail of this service, customers must pay a minimal, non-refundable fee.
Please note:
- All ads, including featured ones, remain active for 30 days, regardless of the level of response received.
- If you do not receive any response from shopkeepers, we recommend changing your selected city and reposting the ad again.
- Featuring your ad can significantly improve its exposure and help you connect more quickly with potential shopkeepers.
Payment Terms
Mobile Sol charges a variable non-refundable fee for posting and accessing ads from customers and shopkeepers. The fee for posting and viewing ads is not fixed and may be revised in the future. The number of days covered by a fee may also change in the future. The fee charged by Mobile Sol is exclusive of applicable sales tax.
Mobile Sol uses two different third-party payment vendors known as JazzCash and Easypaisa. Before initiating a payment, you must first make sure that you have an active mobile account number (JazzCash or Easypaisa) with sufficient balance available.
Mobile Sol only accepts payment made through JazzCash and Easypaisa mobile accounts. You will be solely responsible for making your payment at your own risk.
If you experience any payment-related issues, then you must contact the relevant third-party payment provider directly. Mobile Sol is not responsible for handling or resolving payment disputes or technical problems related to third-party payment gateways.
