The MobileSol shall operate and maintain a technology platform, accessible via a mobile application, that facilitates the connection between individual customers and mobile phone retailers or shopkeepers within their local market for the purpose of mobile phone dealings.

The platform enables individual customers to post advertisements for the sale or purchase of new or used mobile phones.

The registered mobile phone shopkeepers on the platform can access and respond to such listings through a paid in-app subscription model. The MobileSol shall carry out all ancillary services necessary or incidental to the effective operation of the platform.

The MobileSol shall not engage in the direct sale or purchase of mobile phones, nor shall it provide or facilitate payment processing, logistics, or delivery services in relation to any of the listed items.

We take reasonable technical security measures. However, no method of data transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and therefore absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

The app uses personal information for communication, custom user experience, meeting legal obligations, preventing fraudulent activities, and providing targeted advertising. It also grants users access to their personal data.

The users of the app have been divided into two separate groups, either as customers or shopkeepers.

A customer is defined as an individual looking to buy or sell new or used mobile phones.

A shopkeeper is defined as an owner of a mobile shop who offers services and mobile phone deals to customers.

When customers create an account, the collected information includes their first name, last name, mobile number, city name, email address, and date of birth.

When shopkeepers register, they are required to provide their first name, last name, date of birth, CNIC number, mobile number, city name, email address, valid CNIC front photo, profile picture, shop name, shop address, shopfront photo, and visiting card photo.

The following shopkeeper details are visible to customers for contacting purposes: full name, mini non-downloadable profile picture, mobile number, shop name, shop address, shop front photo, and visiting card photo.

To access the features of the platform, you are required to create an account with us. The app allows only one account per person, either as a customer or as a shopkeeper.

The customer must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid CNIC to register on this app. The customer is also required to present their original valid CNIC to a shopkeeper when selling any mobile phone.

A mobile phone shopkeeper is a person who manages the day-to-day operations of a mobile shop and actively views customer ads on the app.

The shopkeeper must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid CNIC to register on this app. The application will collect the shopkeeper's necessary information at the time of account creation to verify their identity. You agree to provide complete, accurate information about yourself.

You may also be required to update and verify your information from time to time.

We may collect and use technical information related to your login sessions (such as authentication tokens or an application-generated device identifier). The system uses this information only to help secure your account and enforce our one-active-session policy.

Each user of the app, whether a shopkeeper or customer, will be assigned a unique 8-digit user ID number upon registration. This user ID cannot be changed after the account is created.

The registered shopkeepers cannot update their city name after the account is created.
