At MobileSol, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data.

How to Delete Your Account?

  • Logging into the app
  • Navigating to Profile > Disable Account
  • Tapping Disable Account and confirming your request

Your account will be disabled immediately.

If your disabled account is not recovered within one year, all personal information associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our system.

Data Retention

Certain data may be retained as required by applicable law or for legal, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, tax, or regulatory compliance purposes.
